say you have a morning game on sunday get rained out. If you are in the
lead you don't have to pick one of the later games but if you are
behind you can pick a new game?

Strange as it may seem, some of us have lives (I know, it's a stretch) and may not be around to monitor the weather & results throughout the day. I hope that this will not be an issue in the future, but you never know. What if they had already used the Sunday night game too?
You could probably go even further and have 3 or 4 games rained out on a Sunday (bad weather on the east coast) - I say if it is more than one game, the person has to make up the picks the following day.
