...Natzi Big Guy 10% to stop selling border wall materials.  This thejester definitely will go down as WORST president in history!

Congress directed defense department to use, transfer and donate leftover materials.  60% went to states and US customs border protection agency.  Instead of storage, defense department sold the rest to a government surplus company.  States can buy more materials but most leftovers for sale are junk.
