I have come to the conclusion that I probably never will be
able to pay my home off. What a fucking rip off when you stop and think about
how bad you’re getting fucked. Out of my $2400 monthly payment it breaks down
like this:
Taxes and Insurance: $575.15
Interest: $1497.19
Principle: $327.89
Can’t sell the place because there are already 5 houses that have been on the market for a long time in my neighborhood. It’s just sickening to think I’m wasting 2 dimes every month just to support this corrupt system. I’m so pissed I’m seriously thinking about taking the maximum home equity loan I can get and getting the fuck out of here. I don’t even give a shit about fucking the bank over because they have fucked me for 15 years with all the bullshit interest I’ve paid.
