But the troubling thing is how the government (led by democrats) has done this. Even though the intentions were good, it has done a lot to hinder a large sector of folks. A larger percentage of the black race happens to be hurt by it. That is not to say there are not white folks that are hurt by it as well. Just not at the high percentage is all. It is not politically-correct to say this though. To me that is wrong. It should be discussed and addressed. But at this point --- it is what it is.
