took him in the louisiana derby, somebody tell me why i should not take him again....i read some info in the horse forum, nothing changed my mind.........discuss

 probably would be the favorite with better post position.......has already beat the favorite in this race along with several others............

His odds are horrible ...No horse is this 20 horse field should be less than 10-1 IMO

  could not disagree more....now he may not win but that is a good price.......how u figure that his odds are horrible?.....he aint the favorite, AND he beat the favorite already...along with others in this field.....only thing keeping him from being the favorite is his post position....all day, not me, but all day every channel's experts said that if you flipped zandons's post position and epicenter's he would be the prohibitive fav....will he win, i dont know....but his odds are far from horrible......i expect better from u....

An even better representation IMO are the possible payouts on the Oaks/Derby double where $3.2 Million was wagered today ...

Not saying Epicenter can't win,  he definitely can ,but me personally I would want 10-1 or better wirh this deep field ....

My useless numbers ( 2 of the 3 sets )  have Epicenter as the top rated horse but by a very slim margin... 

I'll be using him in the exotics ( with a bunch of others ) ...

If you're Looking for value I'd recommend the 8,16,and 5 ....

 i think i have value......he should be the favorite but isnt.......2nd choice by oddsmakers on a race like the derby isnt gonna get u 8-1/ 10 -1.......im not looking for value per say either, im lookin for the winner.....clearly the best horse........will he win i dont know, i hope

That being said , this race could be wide open...

If you're betting Epicenter to win , I'd take a stab /small flier on the 2 horses that finished right behind him in his last 2 races ..#5 Smile Happy (14-1)  and #19 Zozos ( who is currently 40-1 )

.......that was a tough loss.....ill stomach it because no way in hell me or anyone had an 80-1 winning.....great pay for place so i still made a few bucks but man he would have  paid well , especially for a favorite..........gas face

Epicenter beat him by 14 lengths at FG 5 months ago....

He made the field  when Lukas scratched Etheral Rd with 30 mins to spare..

Think he was filled with jet fuel....waiting for drug testing results...
