Titans have 3 players and 5 personal test positive. They shut down facilities till Saturday, and are practicing remotely(whatever that means).
The Vikings shut down facilities as well out of an abundance of caution. They played the Titans.

It’s a sad state of affairs when people can’t agree on the existence of a virus that is making people ill and taking lives. Maybe these people need to lose someone close to them to Covid, like I did, to finally realize how ignorant and insensitive they sound.

In terms of football lines look like they started to adjust. This could be like a college team that already played a game taking on a team that hasnt played. Though I dont trust pittsburgh at all. I may look at houston

it's not a scam, it's the pullback I and many retail investors have been waiting for since March 18. Moving my whole life savings when wave 2 is official. Yeah I made a measly 84k shorting the markets but it was lived short and lost majority of that when the feds pumped 1.3 trillion I believe on March 18 which seen my 84k deteriorate into 6k. DoctorSuccess is right, as many of us knew wave 2 is inevitable, as it's right around the corner. So if you are a smart degenerate, I'd suggest you move majority of your winnings into a self directed investment account and buy a vast amount of stocks ranging in the travel sector (cruises, airlines etc) tech sector (apple google microsoft fb) fintech sector (financials) and my favourite the 'gambling sector' (draftkings/penn/mgm) as I believe wave 2 will send these sectors to all time lows when wave 2 is official. We just cancelled schools 4 hours ago in Canada as of Oct 3, and closings malls and restaurants are about to be shut down in the comings weeks or two. With all this being said, sports will take a hit eventually, and when it does, I can't stress this enough as I personally have a little less than $30,000 invested into Draftkings when it was at $28 (wave 1 days), casino and hotel and sportsbook stocks will PLUMMET, and when it does, trust me, pick up draftkings if you have money to spare.
The money I have invested in Draftkings allows me to wager for free, if you know what I mean. Keep in mind, I picked up Tesla first week of December 2019 when it was $330. Its at $2000 in less than a year. Draftking is my next $100 stock if covid didn't happened.
anyways, I hope yall prepared for the next scamdemic.

Let’s stick to football before I get banned for going off. Good article explaining things in terms of where they stand:

Nice job on tesla and draftkings. Would love to buy more draftkings cheap, but shutdown is doubtful, consensus is it is more effective to protective the vulnerable high risk people. If we make it to election day without wave two then it won't be hyped up as much, then it will be less and less likely to happen. Lot of promising therapuetics being tested as well, look at srne stock for example.

This is a serious topic. Even the RWNJ's who scoff at science and reality will, as bettors, be impacted by benched players and cancelled games.
I assume that if a team cancels games, opponents would get forfeit wins which would not count as beneficial tiebreakers. Please correct me if my assumption is incorrect.

I don't think anyone would forfeit, that would be insane. Most likely, they'll reschedule for their bye week. If multiple postponements occur, then they'll pile them on at the end of the season. I don't think the season will last that long though.

Thanks, Doc. I agree with your conclusions, but some teams may be hit after their byes.
I did not think the season would last six weeks, but it looks like I am "dead" wrong.

What do you mean? A shortened season or cancelled season?

You may not be that far off. I think the season will be cancelled around November. But we'll see. I hope I'm wrong.

Not because of the election, but if you go to the World Bank website you can see that they have "Covid" planned to last until March 2025, with a timetable of a second wave this fall.
Also, the Global Preparedness Monitoring Board released a report entitled A World at Risk which contains the entire timetable with the second wave planned for this fall.
And Bill Gates has been saying for the last 9-10 months that the second wave is planned for this fall.
“I’m particularly excited about what the next year could mean for one of the best buys in global health: vaccines.” – Bill Gates, Dec. 19, 2019
‘There are now 6.7 billion people on earth and soon there will be 9 billion. However, we can reduce that number by ten to fifteen percent if we do a good job with new vaccines, health care and birth control’. – BILL GATES

Let me ask you this, “doctor.” Considering your penchant for conspiracy theories. How is it that you deny the possibility of fixed games in professional football (Where it’s much easier to manipulate the outcome of a single game between two teams that belong to the same entity or corporation, the NFL) and but wholeheartedly buy into the possibility of a manufactured news story, a manufactured virus, and a rigged economic/political system (involving thousands upon thousands of complicit actors who probably don’t know each other) profiting off this fake story/virus?!
Please explain...

That's a very good question. I think it boils down to three things: money, motivation and evidence. Let's start with money and motivation. How much would be at stake where fixed games are concerned and who would benefit? The players and owners seem to be making enough money with an honest game to risk it all on a fix. Same with the sports books. There just isn't enough money on one side of a sporting event to make it worthwhile. Maybe to us, but not compared to how much a legal sportsbook like the Westgate is making. I know some people over there, by the way. I know how hard they work. To think they would be involved in a fix does not make any sense.
Plus, you can see from the posts on this forum that 90% of the people don't have a clue how to handicap. They're losing their shirts on a weekly basis. Why fix games when most people can't win to save their lives?
And TV Ratings are (or were) high enough without the need to fix any games.
Some might say the refs are involved for gambling purposes. So maybe a ref shades a game here and there, but how often? Once or twice a year at most? I don't know. Again, the gambling handle just isn't large enough to risk that. If anything is going on with refs it's pretty small fry. These aren't the days of Shoeless Joe Jackson when athletes and others needed the money. Today, the motivation just isn't there.
As for evidence, I've asked people on this forum for several years to post some kind of evidence and nobody has ever done it, because there isn't any hard evidence, only opinions. Also, how would injuries factor in? The idea that it's all rehearsed, including injuries like some nitwits on here claim, is insane. Literally insane.
Plus, I and a few others I know are able to grind out 54-56% winners year after year. if the games were fixed that would be impossible. The odds of us just happening to be on the same side of the fix 54-56% of the time is mathmetically impossible. To be continued ...
