I am pretty pumped about it...

Should be interesting... That tea gave me some bad ass cramps earlier... it is what woke me up...

I forced myself to shit... just to get rid of the cramps...

Hopefully this salt water works soon... We will see what results I get...

The old man is sick and I probably won't be posting much in the near future. However, I thought about a lot of things tonight. The goofy ass PBox was one of them. Yes, I understand this site is still a business. I also understand that dozens of people use this site and this specific forum to unload thing and enjoy the company of virtual strangers 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Sounds dumb but it means a lot more than you think to some people. Don't be so damn trigger happy all the time.

Stop banning people that actually want to be a part of your site. This is the online version of "la cosa nostra" or our thing. Emphasis on "our" thing. I'm not even a part of it but I recognize how dope it is. (no pun Sir....)

Superbeets, I heard of the Kellogg's All-Bran Fiber Drink Mix, but where do you get it??  I cant find it in my local grocery  store, why is the ice tea version, half the price?? thanks
