Starting weight..... 201


Made 1 gallon of lemonade, which gives woman and I 8 - 8oz glasses each.....


Took 6 lemons to get 16oz of juice (must have a juicer)


I added all 1.5 teaspoons of cayenne pepper...

Everything was very tasty.... A little spicy, but we both like spicy things so it was not bad at all....

Finishing off my cup of senna tea for the night.....

I know this has nothing to do with weight... But just wanted to track and see how much I lose overall, and how much I gain back when I come off of the fast...

No shit yet...

I drank all my tea... But do not expect to drop bombs until the morning..

We are scheduled to wake up at 4am, to do the saltwater blast. Should be some shitting then.


We ate lunch at 12:30 today, but haven't had anything since... Just 1 glass of lemonade... 


But I ate enough pork and sauerkraut and mashed potatoes to last a week, just on Sunday and Monday.. Should be fun to see that exit...

not for nothin...friend of mine lost 20lbs in 10days doing this...but if you dont change your eating habits afterwards, you can look forward into gaining double what you lost. Also dont forget the rock salt drink...enjoy and bol

Hoops let me suggest something to you..
 
I'm not sure if you have tried this but man it works like a charm.
 
It says to drink one 16 oz but I will drink b2b..
 
I promise you--- there will be no problems.
 
Along with running in the mornings and cutting back on the sodas, I have lost 25 pds... My DOC turned me on to this and it has worked wonders.  The most important thing...  It cost like 4 bucks..

Do you think that a 6'4 male that weigh's 201 lbs is unhealthy?

As I said, this is not a gimmick that I am using to lose weight. I am using it to get all the nasty shit out of my body, so I can focus on eating an even better diet than I already do.

My idea of fast food is dicing a chicken breast, so it will cook faster, to put on a spinach salad.... That will hardly kill me...

I will certainly check out those fiber drinks... Seems like they would taste a whole hell of a lot better than psyllium seed husk, in a glass of water...


Soda is terrible.. Even diet... I have been supporting monte to kick his diet coke addiction. He is doing well, and soon enough he will see a big change from his hard work...


But thanks for the recommendation on those kellogs drinks.

Glad to hear that.  I believe you.  I will say that the whole "colon cleanse" thing is a big scam.  If you are curious to do that shit (no pun intended) is for health reasons, I hope you get some results.

 

Lotsa peeps spending cash on that swindle hoping for an easy fix.  I hate con artists.
