Many legal cases don't always end up in court, but that doesn't mean Ragingstorm is innocent.   A medical problem isn't a license for violence.   Ragingstorm should apologize for attacking an innocent victim acting in self defense.  Instead Ragingstorm shows no remorse and blames the victim.

 i sternly told him touch me again pal your going down

well he grabs ny ass hard and siad now bitch whatcha goona do ?

two shots he was on ground whimpering like lil girl this 6 ft 2 guy about 240 lbs

 

i grabbed his hair and yanked hard and now said SO now who's the Bitch ?

 i broke his nose too

felt bad for the guy cause i knew he was going to look like racoon when it sweeles up LOL

Some people just deserve a good ol' fashion ass whuppin'. I suspect this guy did. And just because someone is "older" doesn't mean they can't scrap, don't underestimate or judge the book by it's cover, especially when it comes to fighting. That all being said, even though I'm inclined to agree with you, if you do get yourself in that type of situation again, understand there can and probably will be consequences that not only affect you, but your family, herein lies the problem. Next time, use the most powerful weapon you have, your words. Tie those words with how you feel when you are humiliated by some asshole and you will win every "fight" and more importantly, the respect you deserve. God bless!

It's a sad story, shows a lack of self-control, and it appears it's going to cause you a lot of grief when your court date rolls around...

people like scalabrine and njdevils graduate sociology 101 and think they understand how the world works...Although i don't have an issue that causes people to stare at me...i have two close people to me that do. If anyone stares or makes fun of them when im around...god help them...this is one instance when being the bigger man and ignoring is not the correct response. Doing something to change ones behavior for the betterment of society is. Which is what you did. Thank you ragingstorm youve done us all a favor.

Thanks Taco and I dont feel bad. Not one iota. People stare at me all the time and im sick of it. Did you know I got turner down for the big bros assc. because I have Tourettes? Try living with that!!!! Cant help a kid because I have a disability!!! That really sux. People can stare and stare. I may react I may not but catch me in a bad day then whatever happens , happens. I dont care anymore. Would they stare if I was in a wheelchair or suffering from cancer? NO probably not. Like the guy in the elevator once said

Ever try smoking weed raging?  It's helped a lot of people with tourettes I would say that New Jersey has medical marijuana but their program is joke, you wouldn't want to go down that road.

...in their definition you can get it for "any chronic or debilitating medical condition or its treatment that produces one or more of the following: cachexia or wasting syndrome, severe or chronic pain, severe nausea, seizures, including those characteristic of epilepsy, severe or persistent muscle spasms"


All you would need is a doctor's note saying you are allowed to possess and smoke it and you cannot be arrested for it

I work in the medical field...This past weekend, My GF fell down some stairs drunk. She called me up, and i took her to the Hospital in my town where I know lots of people..She has no insurance, so the ER doc(who i know) says....Let the intern do it, its only a few easy stitches...Theirs one catch he tells me...The intern has Tourettes..I figure, whatever, i dont care...Well, i dont say anything to my GF figuring he has it under control...I was WRONG...He starts the procedure, then starts with grunting, then yells a few things..My GF starts freaking out, and the ER doc had to finish....I felt bad for the guy as my drunken GF was cracking up at him....I feel for you Ragin...If it makes you feel any better. I came all over her face, hair, and new dress that night when we got home !
