Ya I saw the show with Dr. Sears from the zone diet.  Do you remember his exercise program?  He had a wheel with two pedals that he would spin with his arms.  The funny thing is he would do it for like four seconds and would be winded.

there is a show on TLC where this father son team of surgeons do that operation on fat people and this one guy had a operation where they amputated his tits and they weighed like 80lbs and when they were done he was able to breathe better . &#xD;&#xA; &#xD;&#xA;it was real crazy operation i cant watch shit like that but he had the same operation that woman have when they have breast cancer .I dont know how to spell it .
