Two additional things that I have I have noticed this year making the games even more difficult to bet on is the constant going for it on 4th down from anywhere on the field. The chargers being the most extreme example of this but everyone is doing it. It has become common to go for it on 4th and 3 from your own 45.

Also, has anyone noticed the “picking up of flags” has increased a lot as well? Where one ref calls a flag and the other refs talk him out of it? I have seen that more this year than every before.

To me all this really just breaks down to the games being completely decided by coin flips rather than talent - which is exactly the way vegas wants it.

What's wrong with being the legal way, but the see the MAIN STREAM media has twisted so he's just a racist. No, he''s about following the way the laws and rules have always been to become a citizen of this country. I know first hand, because my wife is now an American Citizen. She went thru the process like everyone else has.

Would be nice if everyone coult afford the process like your friend but it takes thousands of dollars and may take up to a decade....These people dont have the time for that ....

Trump was against illegal immigration not legal immigration as he should be. Immigrate the legal way like millions of others. I'm not even American but no country should have wide open borders. O ya back to the NFL its almost becoming unwatchable at this point. Mine as well play flag football. 

 Trump was just fine with sneaking his wife's family into the USA under the same loopholes he vehemently was trying to close ...I though what is good for the goose is also good for the gander,  Yes ???

 Totally agree, the officiating is a disgrace. We'll be watching flag football 5 years from now. And you can throw all of these modern day QB stats out the window, they should put a skirt on them. 

Im still a fan i guess its in me to not be but i agree football has definatly become soft. Im not saying we should just let players go jack tatum guys but all these penalties for being too rough is a joke. Maybe just put the red jersey on the QB like in practice and have flags on them and be done with it.
