The Jets have held their own against the Chargers over the years, having covered the last 4 meetings dating back to 2002 with 3 outright wins in San Diego.

Favre has had some good games against San Diego over the years if I remember correctly. Probably doesn't matter since he's with the Jets now. Cutler sure sliced and diced the Chargers pretty easily. Maybe Favre can do some of the same.
And Gates isn't very healthy. He's got hip and toe problems.

Funny you say....I heard that this past weekend....Thought it was odd the way they are doing the play calls....I guess in the first week Favre was claimed to have been saying, "just run the same play as before" out on the field....
Favre was his own man in GB and he controlled the game with his superior knowledge of the play calling....In NY, he is going to struggle with this until he learns what the other guys already know or are learning themselves, "The Playbook".....

what have they done exactly??? beat a shitty dolphin team barely, thanks to mini hail mary by god himself...then for the home opener they get blasted by some kid making his first start since high school
NOW they play a monday night game roadie against possibley the most pissed off team in league history...do you understand what has happened to the bolts the last 2 weeks
