Correction -

They are .500 on the road but I don't see them going better than 2-2 on this road trip.

lakers are playing extremely good ball right now, no one is disputing that.
 
ill admit, i wasnt a believer either. i didnt think they could do it either with all the "will kobe be traded" turmoil crap and the current roster they have. i think ariza is a damn good fit as well, orlando was not smart to give him up.
 
but all these appreciation threads getting bumped game after game do get a little old

Yet ANOTHER Laker W and hustle_man is nowhere to be found...of course! I think you hit the nail on the head with this post throwback.

It's great to see everything developing for the Lakers. Bynum is vastly improved and seems to be improving game by game. The addition of Ariza has really seemed to be nice fit thus far. Everything seems to be falling into place. They need to keep the momentum going here and avoid a 2nd half collapse like last season...

Kobe was unstoppable in the second half, even Bell who usually plays him well had no answers.

Ariza was so huge 2day in his start also. Man this kid can be good. I hope he really work's on his jumper in the offseason.

Also man how better are the Lakers with the Addition by Smushtraction. Fish is so much better than Smush. Why the hell was Smush starting for that long ?

The Bow Tie was awsome for the Zen Master lol.

the Lakers have the 2nd hardest schedule in the league so far and are only 2 games back for the #1 seed in the Western Conference

All this +,- crap.  Without Kobe, the Lakers record would probably be the exact opposite of what it is now.  Bottom line, thats it, how the fuck can you continue to say the things you do.  It is 100% ridiculous.
Ill state again I am not a Laker fan in the least and I really dont care for Kobe, but HE IS in the NBA.

I am a huge Lakers fan and I've been waiting for this for a couple years. I'm not giving Odom much props for the success of this team, but big ups to Bynum. Now I just started betting before the 08 season, got started betting on some football. Anyways when the NBA season came around I said I will not bet on the Lakers. Now that the Lakers are on fire they are the only team to come through for me consistently. I still find it hard to bet on them and I haven't during these last 3 games which I am very much regretting. Grrr this sucks because now I will def back away because there due for a couple loses.
