It's more that they're one dimensional. Texans had one hope today, and props to Ryans for figuring it out. But the counter punch is the switch that Harbaugh made.

The Texans cannot do both. The cannot defend the quick short passing game and the medium to long passing game at the same time, so they have to pick their poison and Guess.

There was one play where they only rushed four on the last drive and Lamar just stood there for 30 seconds.

I know the Ravens were the right side today. They might not cover, because they really only played for a half, and it looks like the Texans offense consists of a punt return

This was a game of chess.  And Lamar and Harbaugh deserve a lot of credit.

First half, the Texans - who normally blitz like 20% of pass plays - were blitzing like 60%+.  The Ravens gameplan obviously did not include a lot of short quick options for Lamar, so he was pressured before his receivers could even run their routes.

Second half - Harbaugh asked Lamar to do something that a lot of QBs cannot do.  He asked him to identify the blitz on the dropback, and he gave Lamar quick options and at least one medium to deep route also.  Lamar did this to perfection.  From the very first play of the second half.

So every time they only rushed 4, Lamar had all day to throw.  When the Texans blitzed, Lamar dumped it off.

Brilliant, and executed to perfection by Lamar.
