GH I truly feel sorry for ya.  These people are stupid as hell.

About Pinny, I don't know if GH is on a Credit account, posting up by playing the Canadian card, or playing through a person who lives outside the States, these are all possible and legit ways.  But to say that the costs of a proxy IP, bank account and address forwarding services outway the benefits of being on Pinny, you are a dumbass.

It costs 10 to 20 a month for the Proxy if you don't use a FREE proxy, the bank account is FREE if you open and maintain $500 + at the bank I looked at, and the address service is $30 a month.  So for $50 a month to someone betting dimes or more as a unit this is fucking HUGE!!!!   I was betting $20K + a month on Pinny on movie opening weekend lines at one point.  $50 in extras isn't shit to someone betting that in a week or a day.  All you fuckers betting $10 a game sure this is alot, but to people betting really money this is like .01% of what you are betting a month.

Oh yeah, proxies work.  This is a fact.  There are TWO banks within Canada that will allow US citizens to open accounts with them.  They require proper ID?  Wow, no shit?  I live within 2 hours of Windsor so travel isn't an issue for some of us.

Wow, you are dumb.  You obviously have no clue how the IRS works.  They do not report to other parts of the government why you are paying taxes.  Not that what we are doing is illegal.  Did you actually read what and where he was charged?  In South Dakota, this isn't a federal case you idiot.

As someone said, it's not that easy to do (which is why Brenda herself never claims she's betting there). Canadian banks require documentation and referrals (from your employers, current banks, etc.) and they report to the IRS. You can bet any suspicious activity (such as moving $140,000 as Touthunter claims) would immediately cause IRS to audit his activities.
 
Plus, Pinnacle has software programs that prevents anyone in the US from accessing their accounts with proxies. Free or paid, doesn't matter, they block it all. So anyone who claims to place bets in the US is a certifiable LIAR.
 
I guess brenda must bicycle in to Canada since she doesn't include gas, hotel, phone, internet, etc. and other expenses that would incur to travel to Canadian address to pick up the check and place bets. Even if you have someone helping you, I seriously doubt it's free.

Jeffrey Traumans case never even went to court.  He settled.

Pointing out the one and only person to be threatened with state online gambling charges is hardly proof of the threat of legalities.

Yes, some states have laws against internet gambling.  They also have laws against oral sex too.

My biggest play was SD -105 on MB which you won't even respond to now that it was proven you are wrong, yet I am not rubbing shit in.

Stand up against though who act up or out of line, but GH isn't doing shit to anyone right now.  If he starts to again I will be right next to you to keep any bullshit in check.  As of right now the only bullshit going on is coming from you bro and those alias which seem to be talking for ya while you were "gone".
