Seeing whats happening in Hawaii with the natural disaster, i have to believe these kids minds wont be fully on the game...total junkie play, but Hawaii off their mainland always seems like a good under play to me, plus Colorado St isnt a prolific offense to begin with...this game could easily land around the 31-13 range

Pack, 2018 has been by far the most painful REAL life so far for me , lost 2 loved ones and a good bud, & has come just in time. I may post my plays and record here if you dont mind, either way i wish everyone the BOL this season and hope this thread follows suit with the one.

I like the psychological angle of “Mind is on the Big island, not the game” angle BUT:
Hawaii is changing to a run and shoot offense this year.
That promises high scores and given the offense moves up and sdown the field faster, more minutes for the defense wearing them down.
In addition they changed their defensive coordinator who is implementing a new system making the D subject to higher scores than usual.
This doesn’t speak to the facts CSU’s defense is lacking and Hawaii lost one of their best defensive players (although they actually hold up well at times).
CSU might put up 42 on their own imo making this a backdoor possibility. If anything, I’d play CSU laying the chalk 14/14.5 instead of the Under.

Here’s the problem with the Under play Packers.

Hawaii did lose their staring QB in January. But the kids they are bringing in know the run n shoot. I just don’t know how much time hey have given this game is as early as possible in the season (they took it this early so they could have a bye week or else it would have been 12 straight).
Hawaii 0-10 ATS in last ten vs Moutain West too.

Its up to -17 now on my books...if i couldve taken the -14 i most likely would have knowing just how terrible Hawaii is ats on the road...gotta trust my cap and hope for a snoozefest

My guess is that CSU is likely to run the ball much more than pass....tick tick tick. lol
