So what do you do? I'm all ears. You sound like every other person that has these theoretical ideas of what should be done but no practical ideas of how actually to do it. It's like having a elderly family member with a terminal disease. You can't cute them. At a certain point, you are just trying to give them some semblance of comfort. For still others it's like having a family member who is severely sick, but treatable. They can possibly be saved, but it extremely expensive, and it might be all for naught. You wanna drop 200K for treatment of one patient to have him relapse. Just end up ODing anyway. Guys are always all, "Well, just get them treatment."
