5. First 10 unique votes either way will be the result.  You may not vote for yourself.  You may not vote more than once. If 10 votes are not reached to release or stay boxed, parole is declined.

Okay, since I am the authority in all things boxy, I pronounce this:

1) JackieMac will be unbanned and allowed to roam the threads.  I am not wearing this avatar for nothing.
2) Marty needs to be freed.  I think he has done nothing criminally wrong and his presence here is defenseless and sad.
3) Ban MTGKING.
4) Free CapOrDie.  I find his smile contagious.
5) Give Titan65 modding powers and more importantly, allow him to lead jury selection.
