Phix- Great writeups I know we all really appreciate you sharing your insight.  No wonder you have just been posting plays instead of sharing your reasoning.  Having dumba...  come in and question or criticize only to force you to have to educate and explain has got to get frustrating.  LOGCOTTAGE--Dont buy it buy the other side if you want its a free country.  On regular Sunday plays Phix has been incredible this year.  His under and Giants demons have got to him on the Primetime games that last year he just simply nailed each and every one it seemed like.  Play or fade but dont shoot the messenger.  Many on here including myself appreciate and checking his thread has become must see before putting money on any NFL game for some.
Phix---CFB game to look at this week Florida over FSU... FSU plays down and almost lost yesterday.  SEC lowest vs ACC highest.  SEC

[Detroit generally starts very slow and has big division game up next week.  Revis shutdown Johnson the only time they have went against each other.  Pats average over 40 ppg and Lions 17....Not the Lions of old.  Pats in Novemver unbeatable pretty much.  Only thing against Pats is coming off blowout win against Luck....Big deal just another W. ]

NFL Week 12: NE Patriots vs DET Lions First Ha


The Pats have shown the kind of versatility in the last two challenging games that assures the Lions that wionning or covering at  Foxboro may prove a mission impossible.  Twice in a row the Pats destroyed opposition by 22 point margin once going all in the air (against the Broncios) and then demonstrating a ridiculously great ground game in Indy. The quarterbacks  – Brady and Stafford stand a distance from each other although the Lion is not bad at all. Only compared to Brady his stats look bad.

The key to the Lion’s success lasy within the best defense in a league but an average points they score per game compared with the Pats stands at 18-32.So, the only chance the Lions stand is slowing the game down playing it in a baseball mode. Breaking the Pats concentration on defense by a long snaps and lots of rushing. The Pats may cooperate with that scheme for some time but will be exploding from time to time and I do not see the Lions holding the game for long before Brady will be finding Bronkowski.

Each team in NFL ending up 8-8 is the dream of all NFL organization. Tiebreakers and a single game pre playoff games would drive tremendous amount of revenue thru ratings and every game would be a drama. Yes, that is the goal also by which the whole draft system operates if you did not notice in all pro sports in North America.

 I Must be a sheep too....Been at it for 35 years now....Seen it ALLLLLLLL and more....Obviously you're still 'wet behind the ears!'....Someday you'll realize that the NFL is a multi billion dollar BUSINESS first, then a sport....If you owned a multi billion dollar business, would you want control of it????....Hell, in the NBA a referee was convicted for gambling and fixing games recently....YOU know absolutely nothing about the financial aspects of all pro sports and what and who is involved....I heard it from the 'horses mouth' bud!....That's good enough for me!!!!!!!!!!!!
