Thanks bro, its a very hard thing to quit when its been such a big part of my life but when it gets to a certain point that it starts to affect my relationship with family and friends and it puts me in a bad mood and it starts to give me stress financially then its time to give it up.  Nobody forces anybody to gamble so If I continue to do it and eventually go broke and become lonely and miserable then I have nobody to blame but myself.  I won't do that to myself, Ive seen too many people destroy themselves with this addiction.
