Yes moderation is the key....I have done so much-all sorts of drugs, illegal shit, etc etc- in my life, none of it got out of hand thankfully. I just need to shake this gambling and I will be just fine, its the monster in my way to success. Its much easier said than done but I have no choice anymore. Ive fallen sooo many times and gotten up from heavy losses, I shook off the pain got up the next morning -after losing 10 dimes for example at the Pai Gow table at Commerce or Hawaiin Gardens Casino- and gone about my business the next day. Now its gone too far, in this economy every dollar counts, I can't afford these swings anymore, the stress is too much.
