MALKIN49 I will keep the same stance on Joe Flacco. It will take time to see who is right.  Flacco is a Hail Mary QB just like Eli is. He needs time to throw the ball deep down the field. If anyone watched in detail the playoffs this year,  they would know that Baltimore was flagged for ZERO offensive holding penalties. That will have to continue during his career if you think he's Elite. If you really knew football you would have to agree it was Baltimores defense that won the Super Bowl. How many points did Balt score in the 2H? Baltimore offense let SF back in the game. Let the Ravens give him all that money, but what were they going to do release him? I think Flacco got really lucky, I don't think he throws a great short/med pass game. I could be wrong but it will take some years to see. If winning a Super Bowl makes you an Elite QB then D Williams and T Dilfer are on the list as well.
