Mafioso, why bother with these clowns?  Those of us who know what's up win money.  Those who don't know what's up will eventually wise up, or lose all their money in the process of understanding what is really happening.  Are the outcomes of all contests rigged?  No.  But when the money is on the line, like in the Clemson / Auburn contest, well just go back and watch the last few minutes of the game.  For those of you who are on the fence about whether some of this is suspicious or not, the ending of THAT game is how it happens.  Cheers to a new season

NO CHANCE!!! ....which makes yesterday very suspicious and since its the first game with more to come, why are you showing lack of confidence in your kicker when you are going to need him in a tight game later on. And then, why did Venables just throw out a weak prevent defense scheme on when they were mostly shutting down the effectiveness of Auburn's offense with pressure?

I had no skin in the result but was watching due to suspicions of low line......and I wanted to check into Clemson for future bets. I can tell you, that I have more confidence in them now that they won't do that again......

Go back and watch the tape and listen to the broadcasters.....on ESPN. When Clemson were about to start their drive, I found it extremely curious as to why the commentators were even debating RIGHT AWAY BEFORE they got into position what is Clemson going to do when they get close EVEN THOUGH THERE WAS MORE THAN 2 MINUTES? If some games are not scripted, when even say that because Clemson could just as much score a TD easily and be up by 13 and then it don't matter but the commentators brought into question that there will likely be some debatable decisions coming for Dabo when he gets close.....and sure enough, I saw what happened and laughed out loud....the commentators were on Script! OK, so if the game is not fixed for betting, then perhaps it is scripted for entertainment drama or something but you can't tell me with a legitimate reason that the commentators were debating final outcome situations when it didn't really matter being up by 6.......you chew clock....kick the field goal if close, punt if not........but don't leave seconds on the clock AND IF YOU DO.....TRADE IT OFF WITH STEALING SOME EASY POINTS! And so, Dabo is not a stupid coach.....and we saw him do the unthinkable for what reason?........which is why we should rightly speculate. End of story.....and lets keep doing it because it is fun (but I feel terrible for those of you who had a ticket.....I am sure it will happen to me once or twice this season)

Shake it off and move on! That's the dangers of playing the spread and not the ML. Teams play to win, not to win by a certain number of points!

Yes, I was on Auburn last night. But, I've had plenty of bad losses over the years. You win some, you lose some.

They didn't kick the FG because they were afraid of a block and return for td. Felt the D handling Auburn for 40 sec was safer. The senior DB who hit Auburn's QB late with 4th and 10 gets the blame from me. And Clemson's RB runs out of bounds on the last 3rd down play when they're trying to run the clock out. STUPID team! Lots of talent, but STUPID team.

You want a fix theory, look at Minnesota. I had them in a small teaser parlay (that was stupid by me to begin with!!) at -7.5. They score, have a 7-point lead with less than a minute-30 left in the game. So coach decides to go for two. Two??? Why??? An extra point they're up by 8, but nooo, they go for two, miss it and I lose by .5 points. That's the same idiot who went for the win on 4th down last year against Michigan instead of a tying field goal from the two yard line. Should have known.
Be prepared for the "Human Factor" in every game. That's football.

Low IQ but youd take the chance of getting your field goal blocked rather then going up 2 possessions and ending the game? And a missed XP was also big for anyone who had -7.

And i was just looking for everyones opinion, I only put $100 on the game because the line was too good to be true, dont get your panties in a wad for all of you who are flipping garbage. I just thought way too much went "wrong".

I was defending the original poster and re affirming his thoughts that he is on the right track regarding the game last night being fixed.

Was there any game yesterday where the overall favorite dominated from their first possession onwards except Michigan and Ohio State?

Alabama-slow start in first quarter
Clemson-crapped the bed
Oklahoma-loss to a good Houston team
LSU-loss
Stanford-need late score to win
UCLA-loss
Tenn-barely won
TCU-slow start
Georgia-was losing up until Half Time

Only Ohio State and Michigan dominated against really lower ranked competition.

Sooooooo........he didn't kick it and essentially put the game away because he was worried it would get blocked??? The number two team in the country should execute a kick without issue.  I didn't bet that game but it really makes you wonder.  So much money......so much inexplicable bullchit that goes on when these games are hovering right around the number.
No need to outrun the bear...just the next slowest guy

As the saying goes,"If you can't stand the heat, don't get in the kitchen" Indeed,  a frustrating way to lose for the Clemson backers with the decision to not go for the late FG and get the cover, however, that is the nature of gambling with the many variables that can impact the outcome. You have to be able to understand that or don't bet on college football and then complain. People look ridiculous in my opinion crying about the outcome being "rigged" or threatening violence against coaches or players.

I was on clemmy -7.5 and although I do wish Dabo would have just let his kicked kick a FG I think going for it at that point in time was the right choice. You don't want to risk getting a blocked FG return for a TD there and suburbs offense looked bad all game. That's what comes with this gambling shyt !
