As of Rule #8:

 "You must have something to offer our community. If it is deemed by our moderators that you have nothing to offer other than insults, attacks and emoticons, you will be warned, suspended and/or banned from the forum. Users who are suspended can continue to post in the Penalty Box for a period until moderators decide you should be banned or released from the Box."

Moderators, as of "Rule #8" in the Manifesto, can you please take action with handicapper33, as many community members will agree that he brings nothing to this thread, nor any other thread, other than insults and attacks on other members.  This should not be condoned.  I believe this forum is a great place to share knowledge whether you're an expert or just learning how to handicap.

wow.....SUX he got banned for NO REASON.......
He didn't even ask for any money....but I guess MODS have enough proof to show he did....
