You're all in luck as the living legend Double Up will have no acces ..... C.U.oN Tuesday !!!

Hope the lean-to has plenty of firewood. The pit toilet nearby shouldn't smell much; still winter up there. Enjoy!!!
Yeah, and hope that is it's substantial enough to keep that shit dry. Always the chance they could have a propane heater. It might be a pretty glampy set up.

Also, can we talk about how Doubleup did the See You Next Tuesday thing like a white woman?
I've never heard anyone except white women say do the See You Next Tuesday thing. box is like the worst word in the English language to a white woman. Black chicks, not so much. I have never called my wife a box. Never will.

Fair points, Stu. And we all understand why DU would create a thread like this...lol...c'mon DU...c'mon man!!!
So I'm sure he's hoping to see at least 100 posts to his thread by next Tuesday...he prolly promised the Covers Team 200 posts lol.
So a couple or three logical and reasonable questions come to mind.
1) "NY better not take our land" thread title...huh...say wha? How can they take your land? You own it, right?
2) Ohhhh...so it's a lease...in other words, you're renters. And if you don't pay the rent you're history (kinda like the land itself...history). Kinda like renting at the Jersey Shore every summer? You don't ante up, you don't get to splash in the ocean.
3) Imagine the lease agreement said you could put a structure on the property you're leasing? I mean...you mentioned your fam built it? If you didn't get the okay to build...then what does that even mean.
4) So the Buffalo Gal, Kathy Hochul, might take the land? You said in the thread title it was "your land". Huh?
Enough from me already...just trying to help out...trying to keep the thread going...trying to keep DU relevant. C'mon guys...we can get 100 posts for DU, can't we?
Cheers

Can anyone just give the man/woman/he/she/it/thing it’s due and admire the amount of work they put into this thread with the research of a place that their own crackhead family isn’t invited to
