Every Easter weekend we open the family cabin in the Adirondacks ( on the beautiful Raquette River between Piercefield and Childwold) ...This could be our last as former governor serial sexual predator Cuomo deemed our land forever wild as our 90 year lease comes to an end..... ....PRAYING Buffalo born Kathy Hochul renews our lease so our kids and their great grandchildren can enjoy what my great grandparents built .... You're all in luck as the living legend Double Up will have no acces ..... C.U.oN Tuesday !!!

The whole nation is behind weather/temperature wise. I'd imagine cold as balls in the the northeast. Camping on Easter weekend seems unpleasant.

So a couple or three logical and reasonable questions come to mind.

1)  "NY better not take our land" thread title...huh...say wha?  How can they take your land?  You own it, right?

2)  Ohhhh...so it's a lease...in other words, you're renters.  And if you don't pay the rent you're history (kinda like the land itself...history).  Kinda like renting at the Jersey Shore every summer?  You don't ante up, you don't get to splash in the ocean.

3)  Imagine the lease agreement said you could put a structure on the property you're leasing?  I mean...you mentioned your fam built it?  If you didn't get the okay to build...then what does that even mean.

4)  So the Buffalo Gal, Kathy Hochul, might take the land?  You said in the thread title it was "your land".  Huh?
