Why are you on here 18 hours a day?
 Please give me a typical 'day in the life of' for you guys. Should be entertaining.

Im on here a bit...my work schedule allows me to get on here during the day usually...although I am doing other things not at the house
 
also at my job it is very slow in the winter, so I often stop in as well.
 
Lots of nights I wont be here though, out and about

I only had a short class today so I skipped it and continued to sleep instead. Once I woke up the first thing I did was log on to pinny to see if my ginormous bet moved the line...but it moved in the opposite direction

then I came in here to see if paulsy replied to my compliment...he did

then I went to the hockey forum to see who everyone else is on... and it looks like they are with me which is a bad sign

then I checked to see if there were lines on the ANA and NJ games yet... there weren't

then I downloaded a bunch of tragically hip after hearing an old fav in the pub last night

then I decided to tell you what Im doing today because now Im bored after watching last night's highlights.

later on Im hitting the gym to work on my back/shoulders followed by hockey around 5. then I have to decide on whether Im going to not go out tonight with a friend or wait so I can go hard tomorrow night after the monster truck rally

Several guys just find threads where I can made a pick and lost and bashes the play if its a loser...other than than you won't hear from most of these aholes.

I'll give a REAL answer as well.
 
I work in construction in Northern Ohio and it's the dead middle of winter (slow time). My work load is much less from say November to February. I wouldn't say I'm on here all the time though. I have a pretty respectable born on date to post ratio all things considered (2 years with under 2500 posts). I used to come here for information and gambling advice, but now just for comic relief. The inner-workings of this site still remain somewhat of a mystery (but less of one). What I DO know is that the conflicts of interest heavily outweigh the quality of information (valid information) one can get here. Trying to decipher who is "real"  and who is a "handle" isn't really worth my time. There's so much bullshit traffic that comes through this site on a daily basis that I sometimes feel sorry for the guys that are getting paid to be on here. But if you step back and realize that this is a business your perspective of the site will change (at least mine did). 
But in reality, I think some people communicate better via a keyboard than in person. It doesn't necessarily mean they have no life. Sure, there are some complete scumbag pukes that frequent here but such is life. I really have a different view than most when it comes to the people that seemingly spend all their time on here. Unless you truely know why they do, it's my opinion that they shouldn't be judged.
