Some very unprofessional kids running administering this site right now

Question

So there is this post in the Cover&#x27;s help section where the Covers Team left a very unprofessional reply to a valid complaint.  You can see it here in post 7:  https://www.covers.com/postingforum/POST01/showmessage.aspx?spt=17&amp;sub=102078052Basically, CT tells the guy making a valid complaint to shove it because this is a free site and if he doesn&#x27;t like it he can go f uck himself.  The reply is everything they tell you not to do when dealing in customer service.  So I leave a message to let them know how wrong that reply was. Constant complaining and negative comments helps how exactly?

The Help section isnt where you go to whine about CT and how horrible the site is, how do you think they should reply?

It takes a great deal to make Covers function and people bashing the site and those that service the site is unproductive.

If someone is causing a problem, respectfully go and let CT or any mod know and we can take care of it, but making derisive negative remarks about the site and the admins is absurd and abusive.

No need for most remarks in that thread and especially the reply you made.

The comment needed to be said because the tone of his post has no place in any facet of customer service. You guys act like you are the only free sports site on the internet. I got news for you, you are one of thousands.

I'm sure whoever worked the CT ID that day was a 19 year old immature idiot, so all I was saying is that if anybody with competence was in charge of that minimum wage worker, he would have deleted the post and fired the worker.

But I guess that gets me boxed, didn't realize you guys were so thin skinned.
