Bryce keep up the good work You do not have to prove anything to anybody esp on this forum except to yourself. If you have come upon a formula (system) that you are experimenting on and have found success by all means share. This is really what these kind of forums are all about. Sure its about picking plays as well, but if a capper most of the time picks below the 50% mark anyway. What is the point of a forum where you post your plays... In my opinion a forum is more valuable as such information as this. Seeing a certain insight, or getting introduced to another system another way of capping that gives it another perspective. And all you morons out there, if you do not like what you read THEN JUST STAY OUT OF THE FORUM Let the man post freely without you DOUCHEBAGS saying this and that... LOSERS This is what a forum community is all about A bunch of cappers getting together and sharing tips and strategies and different systems that you may not have heard of... i mean lets face it one capper could be hot one day on picks, and cold the very next day. i have been capping way too long, and i have noticed that at times it can be very unpredictable capping winners wise... BUT LIKE ALL THE VETERANS HERE SAID DISCIPLINE MONEY MANAGEMENT ANGLES (GREAT SPOTS FOR TEAMS)

VegasFlyer, I think what you missed in the explanation is the increasing of the flat bet to always keep it at 4% of bankroll. So, while you start out betting $50, by year two, you would have to increase the flat bet to 4% of whatever your new bankroll is. So, theoretically, your profit will be higher b/c each year you will increase the flat bet. In your example you stayed at $50 for every bet over the 5 years.
Hope that helps.

Bryce, like the work you put in, be it copyright or your own- thats pretty god for a free post. Quick note- stats over footballs history shows MOST games go under- in the beginning of the season, the defense is fresh and the offense is not in sync throwing the ball-which leads most teams to run (again, rb's are fresh) so the scoring is low.
Like your Thursday pick- Brett wasnt in training camp leaving him and the receivers timing off- hell Brees missed a few himself.
Stat Fox has a lot of info and %....

I just read this in Barnes and Noble this last weekend in a handicapping annual that SBG put out this year. This is exactly it word for word. Isn't this copywright infringement Mr. college man??? This is just a trend that happens to be hot right now. If you are paying attention to your own numbers, you'd realize that this "system" was 10-9 from 1999 to 2002. What do you make of that?
shocker

Love the post and nailed the under with ya! Nice Pick!
Bro- this is a tough, tough place to do this and only the very strong survive. Have a thick skin and GL.
Look, I think you are trying to become a tout and that may or may not be the case. That said, if you are going to place picks for public consumption and this thread is going to be as big as it looks in all fairness I think all picks should be in here and your record should be posted with each pick.
Your first pick on the under was dead on. The game played out just like predicted with two great O's looking kind of lost. That said the Minny first Q play was a bust and if you have college football plays, why not put them here?
GL Bro- I will be tailing for fun, always looking for a new idea.

VGPOP, if you are over 55% you could cash out. If you only need the amount that 55% will make you in order to continue on the progession, why not cash it out? I would.
I am not telling you guys to do this or anything of that nature. I am simply stating how flat betting a small amount of your bankroll can lead to success. Many people get eaten up by the rush and thrill of putting a big amount of their bankroll on a game and simply go broke in a month, week or even a day. I am trying to prove that the way to win long term in this industry is flat betting small over a long period of time. If you want to follow along with me and give this a try, please go for it, but I am not trying to tell people here what to do or what to bet on, simply give my opinion and do what we all are here for, beat the book at the end of the day.
Dude go to Pregame.com, they are assholes there like here. Plus way better cappers

Only been betting on sports for about a year and this just seems ridiculous. First of all his numbers are based on profiting from 40 games over the course of the year. Certainly not based on 55% of 730 games. The other issue I have is with is this $1000 bankroll. If you are betting 4% of your bankroll then wouldn't your bet amount vary day by day based on winning and losing. You're basically just flat betting $40 a game for 730 games. Not to mention $1000 doesn't even guarantee you'll get to bet the entire season to reach your 55%. Thats only 25 bets when you break it down and if you start the year going 0-25 (unlikely but possible) then I guess you're pretty much out $1000 unless you put more money into your bankroll.
Seems to me there is only one way to guarantee profit when it comes to sports betting and that is a chase. Only problem for the casual gambler is that we don't have the funds necessary to carry out a chase deeper than maybe 5-8 games depending on your starting wager.
Those with about 50k just laying around collecting dust could make a decent ROI just chasing underdogs during the season. Take a team like the Pirates for example. Worst team in baseball but playing a chase on them whenever they were a dog starting with a $10 bet this season would have netted you close to $9000. Of course you would have had to chase them to 13 games hence the reason for the large bankroll.
I know a chase isn't the fun way to bet sports but certainly the closest thing to a guarantee that I've found. Not to mention it requires no thought or knowledge about the sports you're betting.

Bryce, you have given me the best gameplan for betting i've ever seen on any thread. The reason I've been losing is going after the rush of unloading on games, so I am going to use your strict diet of low flat betting straight wagers and I know that even if I don't pick a good enough % to win, I won't lose close to as much as I have been as long as I stick to betting about the same low amount. By the way, you shouldn't mention that you went to Cornell and then not spell check because i saw you had some typos in your write-ups there. I don't care where you went to school, but I sincerely thank you for pointing out my obvious mistake I was making of betting too much, this is bound to help me out no matter what and hopefully i can slowly build up my account like i should have been doing b4.

There also doesn't seem to be anywhere near as many members that post there either, so yeah, there are not near as many assholes there due to the ratio of Assholes vs. Good People.

Beyond belief some challenge this guy's credibility based on grammer..........friggen incredible. Some need to get a life.
The man claims he went to an ivy league school.
When you start off with a lie you are nothing but a liar in my book.
It's the going tout 101 handbook - create bullshit backstory, copy & paste some half-assed nonsense to make it look like you know what you are talking about, reference people you've talked to in Vegas, locker rooms, etc. Post as few plays as possible, taking care to lift winners from other reliable sources if necessary. Create multiple aliases to bump the thread, either with praise for the original poster or taking potshots at anyone who dare doubt the credibility of said original poster. Then you just hope you have a good enough strectch to get suckers to pay for your picks, if not, well, keep trying until one sticks.
I hope the guy wins every play he makes. But I also hope nobody is stupid enough to pay when he starts asking for money, and he will.
There's a sucker born every minute.
