also since aa are 13% of population and aa men are about 6% of that how many qualified coaches from that pool?? Math is hard

 I know you wern't directing that question to me but I figure i'm much older then you(70)and understand some hiring practices but today I believe it's very fair and probably in some ways is a disadvantage to so called "Whites" I really hate using skin color to debate anything as this is why racism is so difficult to leave behind such as were doing now LOL I have been passed over because of being "White" but that just wanted me to work harder to prove I am the better choice not because of my skin color but because I work harder to be the best

 You might want to check out the history of the Irish(yes im Irish) and no I was never enslaved but neither were minorities alive here in this country today.Im not missing the point I get what your trying to say but when do we get on with our lives? How was a the white man given an advantage when they created just about everything that made the country. Non-whites are the ones who are advantaged by being in a country mean to be basically all white. They get a better l;ife than where they would be and still it is never enough.
