Girl's death is due to cancer and delay in getting treatment. In Australia, no mandate requires transplant patients to be vaccinated. Except for a few states such as Queensland restrictions. A patient is highly immune suppressed after surgery which is why it's important to be up-to-date on all vaccines (not just covid) before surgery.
