No way scal...SacTown is just reeling in all the ingame sucker bets who wanted to dream Kings ML early was the bail out they all needed...i tracked this game for the first Q and jumped into the waters at Utah ML -135 when they were down 12 halfway thru the 1st...like my previous post, +EV in hoops is always the way to go in this new era of major swings and runs in the nba...theres still alot of game left, but its quite clear now after seeing how the 2nd Q is playing itself out, Sac and Atlanta are already shoe ins for the bottom 3 sweepstakes...it will be interesting who decides to join them as the 3rd team.

I read the same article and disagree.Totals plays are system plays. There is no real traditional capping involved and totals plays are completely devoid of angles and phsychological factors which play a major role (anyone know why the Wolves total is so low? It is, at its core because Butler is everything but a team player right now, severely harming the morale of the team).I have capped sides only my entire life. The reason side bettors are “not successful” is because 99% are super square and taint the success of the few. Totals bettors are rare in general so the success stands out.
It's a forum right, and we can disagree, argue and converse...That statement is absolutely absurd imo. How's this for an "angle"As of right now in the NFL if you were to blind bet overs at $100 per bet, you'd be +$666. Overs are hitting at 54.8%. Games are going over by an average of 2.17 pts.Are the books gonna sit back and continue to post poor lines? Hell no. They will start to adjust(if not all ready) Totals will inflate. Cold weather is right around the corner. There will be value on unders very soon. The books need to balance. That's my angle. The weather can have a psychological factor on players as well.Just my 2 cents.Best of Luck with the Jazz play
Sac...i believe Scal was referring to NBA totals...im sure he realizes the NFL is a whole other beast.

This Jazz game is all over the map. Just torture right now. They can cover or lose outright after getting blown out to start the game, leading by 13 at the half and now the Jazz are up by a single point.
I have no idea what is going on. I can only put my trust in the fact that it's the Kings and they'll find a way to blow this number.
packers the reason I don't bet these games in-game is because I can't post them in-game. There's no sharing really. So I'm a pre-game capper. Obviously in-game would have worked to perfection on this one as you noted (so far).

Now back up to Jazz winning by 7, 7 minutes later.
Kings do not have a draft pick next year....It was all thrown in the George Hill trade...What a disaster. And Vlade and Joerger got EXTENSIONS before the beginning of last season.
I want to say this unequivocally: If you think you cannot run an NBA or NFL franchise you are DEAD wrong. I honestly think above average posters on this site could do a better job running the kings and Knicks.
Who the hell knows how this will end. It will most certainly be a sweat, that I know.

This was a good spot for a middle opportunity...based in how that 1st Q played out, looking back now it appears that the hidden agenda in this game was to give the Sac home crowd belief in their team, and atleast for now, the early part of the season by playing hard and tough and fast in that first Q...then talent level was allowed to take over in the 2nd Q...but again the way that 3rd Q played out, it was as if Utah was told to make this a game again for the fans and keep it close...you could easily tell by watching how Utah played offensively when they were up around the original 8 by how they chucked up really dumb shots not looking to make this a blowout, versus playing perfect offense with e nicely executed plays when the game was within 1 or 2 possessions...Sac never changed their style...they are all run and gun O with zero defensive ability...this game if played in February would have easily been a 20pt blowout in the 2nd half, but with it being opening night, the nba has to still promote these bottom feeders to their fans atleast when they are playing at home...just watch Atlanta play decent and cover on wedneaday next week when they play their first home game vs Dallas on Espn...just to keep their home crowd and fans hopeful for the future.
Storylines in the modern nba are everywhere...just a like a Susan Lucci emmy nomination for all her work on that soap opera.

I think the ingame halftime line was Sac +11.5?

Packers it was the perfect in game play. Congrats on the -135. I also did not like the Jazz failing to stick a fork in them up 8 several times. just lollygagging it. I really hate betting the NBA.
I passed up over 50.5 wins for the Jazz for this play and poof. There goes that future.
NBA futures are brutal in that I have to tie up my money until June.
I’ll tie it up against trump in 2020, but not on an NBA RSW.
Under, that is not an “angle”. I think we are talking about the same thing in a different way, both viewpoints having credence.
Risk Green Midnight: piss poor capping. Sorry you found your way to the thread.
Red, understood.

Can I go back and play the Rockets under RSW though????
Wherever Melo goes, he blows the place up. It really is amazing. This is in addition to the rockets losing two defensive stoppers and their coach on defense.
Same with Dwight. Wizards are in trouble.
Listen to this one:
7 of the last 8 RSW’s have gone UNDER if Dwight was on the team.
These two guys are like a laxative in 3 Michelin Star Dinner Plate. It looks good and tastes great, but at the end of the night you’ll be on a toilet in agony.

Here's your problem and why people such as WMI call you an attention person. You should be worried about your own bottom line instead of trying to lead those who you see as the blind covers member.

BTW, the 'live' ingame halftime line was listed @ SAC +9.5 (CantorLV)
