WMI is one of the most valuable assets this place has. It's simple logic - most site visitors view only, they don't post. They come here looking for info to help them win their bets. When they see fake records and guys boasting about how LARGE their fake bet is, how great they are and how they always win, the unsuspecting viewers tail, and inevitably lose their money. Posters who expose the tout-wannabes and attention seeking frauds around here perform a valuable service to the site AND for bettors who can't 'cap for themselves and look to tail others.

Yes, it's easy to say if they don't do their own research they get what they deserve. And some here have said "Screw them if they're naive enough to fall for some guy's BS" but thankfully others aren't built that way, they believe that helping bettors is not only an admirable use of time but is the very purpose of the forum.

When the frauds and the aliases they use to promote themselves say, "Where are YOUR picks" it's a straw man diversion. You can't find a rule here that says, "Post picks only" because it doesn't exist. The forum is for sharing helpful info. Picks are just part of it, like local weather reports from guys at the stadium, injury updates etc. AND exposing frauds.

And when the ones who get exposed cry out, "Hater!" and "Troll" they're just trying to divert attention from their BS, lies, cheating, and child-like "Hey - look at ME, I'm great!" behavior.

Forums need more WMI's, not less.

I don't harass people with the exception of those you alluded to. The exception may be when someone goes overboard on a post and I call them out. 

This has always been my take...we do provide a valuable service to the site....something that the mods can't do or won't do but it needs to be done even if it leads to some of us being boxed...we are the underground police here that police what needs to be policed...I do think the mods give us some slack because of this even though they may not like it but I have always opinioned myself with exactly as you stated...we don't have to do it but we do because we have been on this site too long and can spot this shit rather easily and people need to be called out for there bullshit...I feel it's a duty to perform this and people like wmi and others are adding value to this site whether others see it or not....the site doesn't need rackateers coming on here trying to strum up business....you don't see bigred telling others to only buy flooring from him and giving out his details....just come here and post and don't lie and you do fine....

Liars and touts have to be exposed and sometimes the mods are just too busy with other mod shit that they can't do it so we provide that service.....they don't want it here either and sometimes it's easier for us to point out the shit than it is for the mods to know or have known what's going on because they may not be following it as closely as some of us are...get the fabricators out of here and bring them over to oury store where we only provide a discount if you agree to lose a limb.....
