He was probably put there cause he spams the board with his nonsense, AKA attention person, and though he may be winning ATM he's a proven loser, he has been banned off every forum around and was actually banned here at least 3-4 times but just comes back under another name, Covers just doesn't have the technology on this forum to prevent that, I'm sure he has at LEAST 15-20 alias's on here
