Why didn't they reviewe the last play?

as for the last play of the game, during the replay you see the defenders hand jar the ball loose in his hand before the arm comes forward

his arm did come forward, but by rule you have to have the ball secured when the arm comes forward, which was not the case this time

if u think that play was actually reviewed in 30 seconds you are a TOOL!  and should stop (i mean STOP) deceiving yourself.
 
it was not reviewed and it clearly should have been. and would be overturned in 99 out of 100 games.

The ball was never loose in his hand, not once, at least until it was released in front of his body.

On the LAST play, Roethlisberger's knee was clearly down before he gave the ball to the ref and started celebrating!

that was ridiculous, i got the AZ cover but I still wanted them to win just on principle. That was a brutal call to begin with and not to review it was even worse.
 
Vegas got what they wanted though, like 65% of the bets made were on Pitt-7 or AZ ML, so an AZ cover and Pitt ML was their bet outcome
 
doubtful the the Cards wouldve scored on the last play but LV didnt want to take that chance

Because its the Steelers playing .... remember that over where the refs made a mistake and should have allowed the TD?

go back and look at the play, ball comes loose. his arm momentum propels the ball forward. and the only thing that should seriously stop is the whining that occurs by losers of bets on here. i was on the cards moneyline. but that was the right call

The hand got hit, no doubt, but he was holding onto it the entire time.

No way was that the right call, and no way should the NOT have reviewed.

and I did mean the REF was celebrating....he had Pitt ML!

even if it was reviewed...it shouldnt have been reviewed that quickly in the biggest game of year on the grandest stage...ESPECIALLY in a 4 point game with an arm like warners and a receiver like Fitz

No matter the outcome they should at least have been taken the time to review!

Well,they probably would have reviewed it, if it were some sort of important play like and in a big game or something like that...but I guess the last and deciding play in the Superbowl doesn't qualify.

i agree on both points. play should have been reviewed, and the officiating was very poor

I didn't lose a dime.  The ball never came loose at all.  It got hit not doubt, but Warner's fingers never moved their place on the football.
