Has anyone ever considered the consequences of being a really successful NFL handicapper that shares their picks? If there was an 80% or %90 capper year in and year out, eventually we would ALL start following that person's picks. Eventually, every major gambler would start following the same person and there would be significant one-sided money on EVERY GAME THIS PERSON PLAYS.
One way to solve this issue is to reform the way sports are gambled upon, which makes the House, the Casino, never at risk, but always a guaranteed winner through rakes as is done in poker. With the internet this is very possible. First come first serve; if someone drops 10K on the Raiders, that bet will stay as "Pending" until enough people cover that 10K on the Texans. If only 9K is covered, that person takes back their remaining 1K and the House collects a percentage for setting up the website and ensuring identities and so forth.
Now, if everyone is getting their "tip" from the same source, you would find all the money on the Texans to beat the Raiders and thus, no bets would actually be made and the house is still in tact, whereas otherwise the house would go bankrupt. This is the dead-end of sports handicapping "too" successfully on public platforms.
THUS, the reason I haven't been posting lately is for a few different reasons. The main reason being is because I was successful in making football picks, there were too many people following those picks. Thus, what I saw as harmless, actually became really dangerous because a large amount of money would be wagered based off of my picks and the casino's didn't like that, and quite honestly, nor did I.
Thus, I had to stop posting picks publicly. If you notice that recent article "A farmer and Barista win 1.2 million" by picking 5 games each week. My record was above them significantly. I'm the only person still at %70 posted NFL (all on covers click my name and see my threads) with at least 50 picks that I can find anywhere on the internet and I went 4-0 today on the wildcard games (yeah I have unquestionable proof). .
I never considered the complications that can arise from doing so well making picks until it actually happened. If I'm allowed, I may still post a play here and there for those that are struggling or deeply in the hole.
hey bro can u add me to your friend list? thanks
