Will someone please explain to me why I am in here?

So let me try to wrap my head around this. Some guy comes in my thread and harasses me finds out my personal information and posts it over and over. I do what wallstreetcappers tells me to do and contact help forum. Then the guy follows me there harassing me and finishes his comments with

"Go ahead wallstreetcappers ban me you person"

So I pm wallstreetcappers and let him know then the thread is deleted. I write him and tell him thank you only to find out I am in penalty box. I would love to hear the reasoning on this. I would love to hear the rules I have broken. I would bet 100U I get no response because no rules were broken.

Not to mention the guy also opened account with my name in it found my facebook and started posting my address. Wow.

Got anything for me. Thanks for leaving the guy on thread for an hour before doing anything and not responding to my help post.

Can we put the mods in penalty box for breaking their promises.
