Just read in our local paper that a deplorable in town was arrested for participating in the insurrection attempt on 1/6. He's on video pushing police officers, knocking over barricades & attempting to knock down office doors. Glad to see they caught this traitor who probably thought he was going to get away with his actions.

BTW..those in here who are trying to rewrite history continue to look ignorant by regurgitating FOX bullshit.

False equivalence to compare capital riot with black lives matter protests.  No single BLM protest has ever been as violent as the capital riot.  In 2020, police made arrests in 5% of BLM protests.  4% involve property damage.  So average of almost 2 arrests and $250,000 property damage per protest.  In contrast, capital riot saw nearly 1000 arrests and $3 million in property damage.  Also judges reject claims that capital rioters are treated unfairly.  Actually, they are treated more gently than those arrested at BLM protests.
