Well since the right fully supports a candidate who says he wants to see shoplifters SHOT DEAD then surely the alleged party of "law & order" should have no problem with gunning down  FASCIST-seditionists rioting in an attempt to overthrow democracy and murder a few legislators in the process, including the Vice-President.

I already told you..... I'm only interested in serious discussion with serious people.  In America, where I live, execution of Americans is generally reserved for Murderers and in some States, child rapists.  

If you look through this whole thread you'll see I've pretty much stayed out of the J6 discussion, not my forte.... I only commented because I saw calls for the murdering of innocent Americans.  Yes, innocent as they did not commit any crimes that are reserved for capital punishment.  If they were, then they would have been tried, convicted and executed.  That is the law.  You obviously do not like that law.  Your problem, not mine.

 I answered Mr. BuckFalls so just check above, last paragraph.  The law is the law right?  It should be applied to all walks of people, no one should be above or below the law...that is what this sub forum preaches and I don't disagree.  Those offenders should be held to the law, and in this case, the law says they should NOT BE EXECUTED for their crimes.  Mr.BuckFalls disagrees and thinks they should have been murdered.  Et tu brute ?? 

In the hypothetical case you two are getting aroused with because I have not directly answered it, let me calm your emotions.... I live in a State that by law, if someone broke into my home to harm me or my family I would be within my legal rights to defend myself and my family, which of course I would.  

See how that works?  Or in yours and Mr.'s hypotheticals case, does not work as the analogy is poorly constructed and fails before it can be tested.  Praise be to the legal protections afforded to us in America.....the victims of the Bolsheviks did not have such comforts.

 Just cause they didn't commit any crimes reserved for capital punishment does not make them innocent,that's why a lot of them are in jail today.But according to your logic,then you would also shoot innocent Americans if they were breaking into your house.How does that look in your "hallowed pages of Covers"?

 Give it a rest dude, you're not gonna win any medal championing death to Americans who did not commit any crime they should be executed for under US law.  It is not "my logic" as you put it, it is written in the law.  One hypothetical allows for proper use of self defense in one's home.  The other hypothetical is straight murder and not allowed under US law.  You have chosen the latter as your hill to die on here and all you're doing is digging a deeper hole.  

You posed a hypothetical to me based on the laws of America and the US legal system.  I did what you asked and answered it.  I've played along long enough, it was well explained and easily understood.  Not sure why you insist on coming back at me with this nonsense.  

To summarize and end this nonsense, here are the undisputed facts:  the Americans YOU called for to be executed were innocent of any crime deserving of capital punishment.  They were tried under law, those found guilty were sentenced and punished for their crimes.  The punishment was not MURDER.  Simple as that.  Again, you don't agree with this and again, not my problem.

 Well then its a good thing that I'm not looking to win any medals.If I was 1 of those police officers and saw other officers getting beaten,tased and hit with flagpoles.And then they tried breaking into the Capitol,I would of been all for shooting every one of them people doing it.
