1/6 Insurrection Attempt

Ginni Thomas, the wife of sitting Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas, needs to be subpoenaed to answer questions about her role in helping to fund and promote the Jan. 6 insurrection.

WOW...wouldn't that be something??

Turns out Justice Thomas was the only dissenting vote today regarding the release of Trump documents.

The move clears the way for congressional investigators to receive a batch of Trump-era schedules, call logs, emails and other requested documents that the committee says could illuminate key circumstances surrounding the deadly Capitol riot.

Now without fear & when arriving at his residence he can happily say "Honey, I'm home" without Ginni kicking his ass.

Would that if it could!

Subpoenas are being ignored. I've heard of attempts to quash a subpoena but totally ignoring them?

Who was the last prominent person to away with that?

I just heard from former federal prosecuter Eli Konig that if the subpoena is for Grand Jury testimony, and they refuse, they get virtually dragged in or, even better, arrested to make an appearance -- as well as face CRIMINAL CONTEMPT

Just learned that John Eastman, architect of the insurrection blueprint, was a law clerk for Justice Thomas.

Hmmmm..I get the connection now. 

A new name coming out of the 1/6 plan to stop the peaceful transfer of power that most of us have always taken for granted, is former CEO of Overstock.com Patrick Byrne. The plan was to keep Trump in power until mid February of 2021 via an Executive Order.

Igor Fruman, one of Rudy Giuliani's former associates, was sentenced to one year and one day in prison on Friday for his role in a scheme to funnel Russian money into US elections.

The sentence doesn't seem commensurate with the crime IMO.

Rudy didn't lie about voter fraud because he was trying to do just that.

He better hold another press conference at Four Seasons Landscaping because his ass is grass & about to get plowed.

What advance notice did the FBI have? 

How did Bannon know in advance of what was to take place on 1/6?

How many calls & to who did Trump make between 1:10 PM ^ 4:17 PM on 1/6?

Why were more than 35 Capitol police officers investigated as to their roles on 1/6?

Which Republican officials gave insurrectionists tours of the US Capitol in the 2 week period prior to January 5th?

Why are so many Republicans scared about their 1/6 phone records?

Why did it take 6 months to form the 1/6 Committee?

Why did it take 9 months for the committee to issue its 1st subpoena?

Why has there been only 1 public meeting in almost a year?

No evidence supports claim that Pelosi or any member of congress denied a request for national guard before capital riot according to fact checks by Associated press and  USA today.  DC national guard is controlled by the president.  Capital police board is responsible for security but didn't call national guard until after the riot started.

At a hearing on John Eastman's efforts to block the 1/6 committee from getting his emails, Doug Letter, House counsel, reveals that Eastman, law prof who authored the memo on how Pence could block certification of the Electoral College vote, invoked the 5th Amendment 146 times.

In the minds of most, invoking the 5th begs the question "What are you hiding?"
