He has the courts. He can challenge this election to the supreme court and they can convene in a month if necessary But I've been saying I keep saying this has to be done Legally. No Tom foolery....
He needs hard evidence to bring to the Supreme Court. Right now he has none. PA, Michigan, and GA already threw out a number of cases brought to the courts by Trump's goon squad legal team at the state level.
Supreme Court actually needs some type of evidence and facts to hear a case. That is missing at the moment, and unlikely to change.
