New York State Health Commissioner Dr. Howard Zucker released his own statement
in response to the report on Thursday. Zucker took issue with James' undercount
allegation, noting that all COVID-19 deaths are being accounted for based on the
location they took place, not the victim's origin.

      "The word 'undercount'  implies there are more total fatalities than
       have been reported;  this is factually wrong,"  Zucker wrote.

"The OAG's report is only referring to the count of people who were in nursing homes
but transferred to hospitals and later died. The OAG suggests that all should be
counted as nursing home deaths and not hospital deaths even though they died in
hospitals," he wrote. "That does not in any way change the total count of deaths
but is instead a question of allocating the number of deaths between hospitals and
nursing homes. DOH has consistently made clear that our numbers are reported
based on the place of death."

You simply can not grasp the under reporting of the world wide death toll that is being caused by this virus.

Cities not towns are becoming vacant property.

People are dying with no end in sight.  Places around the world are losing workers and families to death. Economic collapse of trade has happened here we might have some ways to mitigate the economic hardships . Allowing those who without recourse a chance to survive by making evictions illegal and food availible.

Other places have nothing but mauranding bands of homeless people displaced by economic collapsed economy.

New York Broadway boarded up cities music eating venues even the mega structure office buildings are vacant remotely to online services from home.

Subways cars once packed now have a toothless homeless man by a heater huddled to stay warm as the city economic engines have now drowning in asphexiated economy.

How the stock market keeps soaring is beyond my scope of reasoning. No job no work no additional spending beyond basic survival. There is no retail service or in person banking industry . 

Haven't any idea of what companies are showing in any blue chip manufacturing stock. If nothing is being made how shipping companies and logistic are weathering is a mystery. No products or chain supply systems crops gone to spoil as harvesting argriculture has even hit a new low.

It is obvious this economy jas been a sham of deflection.  As is the entire trump presidency...

The entire economic system is going to need to be rebooted. It is on life support . But the institutions of capitalism depend on labor. There is now none to be found.

Then to a bank to secure funding for the endeavor then to a city or town government to request planning board approval for permits to create said structure . then to a carpentry team to erect a structure an architectural team to design a structure that will meet city standards.  the to soil civil engineers to create a approved septic plan . to a well driller for the creation of a well. The excavating plumbers electricians land scalpers all with city or town approved licences to submit the entire plan of the dream for planning board approval with a law firms team avaible by closing with the registry of deeds.

The go ahead and construction begins the project was actual boards cut in forests and milled in saw mills trucked by real 18 wheels. Real excavators with operators begin breaking ground.. Real cement shows up and is poured the foundation capped... The electricians framers plumbers work around each other as sheet rockers window siding roofine real people doing real things within osha inaurancw standards. And the dream takes shape to what the individual envisioned.

at least 130,000 more people would die in the next three months.
