As far as Biden being "required to pick a black woman..." it's insanity. I have a lot to say about this but i'm at the gym so it'll have to wait. And I actually like Kamala Harris but the democratic party has ruined her. Turned into something she isn't. This kind if uber-liberal socialist who smokes weed and listens to Tupac is fake as shit. Just curious, what does the black community thinks of BLM protests made up predominantly of white people? I asked this of a white BLM protester (didn't see a black person in the protest) and she said "if you're not with us you're against us'. I said no shit and they started chanting black lives matter. I don't think they know what the fuk they are protesting.
It's very nuanced. I'll break this down when I get home from the gym.
Why would they? If they're really smart... And don't get me wrong, there are smart people in Washington. Trump is dumber than a door nail and so is Biden but Pence is even actually a smart. Kamala is actually smart but really smart people realize they can make way more money in the private sector and still control things behind the scenes in Washington. So the in government you get: 1.Stupid people. 2.Smart people gratifying their narcissistic tendencies. C.Smart people who are willful cogs in a machine built to subjugate the populace (Mitch and Nancy both) and 4.Those few naive souls who get into public service because they sincerely want to make their city, their state, their country, a better place. The problem is group numbers 1, 3, and 4 can easily, especially in the longterm, be corrupted and become group C.
The good guys (or those with integrity) get chewed up and spit out by those who are ruthless and/or more powerful or they are compromised by the choices they have to make in order to stay in power. Read Shakespeare’s Julius Caesar, if you haven’t already. It’s a masterclass on the nature of politics.

Pretty spot-on assertion. I feel bad for those in category 4 that succeed in getting into office, only to find out "to get along, you go along". Once they see how the game is played I'm sure it's disillusioning...........but ultimately profitable.
Over the last 40 years I've watched Seattle turn into a pile of dung. It has been ruined by liberal leadership with no spine. Policing is more about collecting fine $$ from those that can pay & ignoring the crimes that will only cost time/money. I don't blame the police themselves........it's their directive from above. The mayor, the CC, Gov. Inslee, hell even senators Murray & Cantwell, are all worthless & weak. They've done nothing but cower from the issues plaguing Seattle & the rest of the state. But the morons in Seattle & the three big counties surrounding keep voting for them. A local reporter did an interview with Duff McKagan last year where he talked about how proud he was to bring GnR to Seattle & then ended up being embarrassed about what they experienced.
With the GO P establishment. Voting for McConnell moves the chair positions a favored committee position. There no way that party can do anything different. We have a entrenched two party system.
So of all the issues falls within the two parties. We have no coalition just red or.blue. as far as democrats Pelosi is the chief fund raiser for the party. She takes.in more campaign contributions then the rest combined.
Spending alone won't win an election. But it puts.out the narrative that becomes the headlines due to advertising markets.
Neither party represents the collective interests but the majority of interests. And at this point no one trusts the government. The independence of everything is dependent on what party holds what gavel. Say the top splintered then Schumer would be majority leader. Same with the house for rank file just vote for their candidate.

Kentucky is ranked the second most federally dependent state in the nation.
A recent study by WalletHub looked at two key factors: state government dependency and resident dependency. Kentucky’s government is ranked fourth in dependency on federal money, but is only ranked 23rd in the share of federal jobs. Analyst Jill Gonzalez said there are some drawbacks to being so dependent on federal money.
“So federally if any crisis were going to happen it would probably affect Kentucky more than other states,” she said.
Gonzalez said federal funding makes up about 40 percent of Kentucky’s revenue, the 4th highest rate in the country. However, she said Kentuckians are getting more money back from the federal government than what they put in.
“For every dollar a Kentuckian gives, they’re actually getting $2.61 back so that’s a really good return on their federal investment,” she said.
Tennessee is ranked 13th overall and Indiana is the 11th most federally dependent state.
