Yes, I do think it's rather good news. Republicans will attend these events and I presume they won't wear masks. Now I happen to think the efficacy of the masks is in question but if I were going to a rally with that many people, many of whom aren't in good health, I'd be concerned and probably try to secure a N95 mask. You need protection and that's your best bet. Otherwise, this virus is quite contagious and so one of the reasons it's so rampant is that people carry it for a long period of time and don't display the symptoms. You can't just peg someone has it by looking at them. I presume that many of these supporters will contract coronavirus and a small percentage will die from it. The death rate fluctuates but it looks like a solid 3 to 4 percent for an average range. Didn't Trump win a few swing states by narrow margins? Doesn't he need to garner a greater share of the vote overall if voter participation goes up? I see a scenario in which Darwinism takes place and maybe the Democrats benefit from it. You can't say I'm being that callous. These individuals know the risk associated with the rally. I'm just stating the obvious but I guess it sounds pretty harsh when I phrase it that way. Right?
