The Franken case is different from Moore as he has been a comedian his whole life and probably was involved in a spoof that went awry and was in very poor taste. No reason for him to lose his seat given all the good he has done for the people of Minnesota. While Moore is a sex offender and pedo who's main and possibly only interest is in little girls between the ages of 12 - 17. He is a real sicko and should be in a therapist office, not in the Senate.
