90 days pause doesn't mean trade war is over.  Some tariffs remain and stock futures are still negative.  Trump hopes to increase investment in the US but history shows companies are more likely to delay investing because of chaos or uncertainty.  This is bad for inflation and economic growth since no one wins in trade war.

By raising it to whopping 125%, Trump has escalated tariffs retaliation against China. U.S. and China are the two top economic countries in the world, consequence is dire with trade war between the two countries.

Also beside the Trump's 90 day pause on the "Liberation Day" tariffs, there are still a 10% existing Trump tariffs on going.
