Can't believe Trump is whining about flags at half mast for a fallen President. Why so petty right now? I don't think Presidents should participate in parades and rallies once President. They should be servants, and maintain a  somber, hands-on, get-to-work demeanor....And it would be wise to not attack democrats right before this supposedly big event for himself (an event that is overrrated).

Inaugural influence peddling is worse under Trump.  Tradition of allowing corporations to curry government favor is corrupt.  Previously, Trump first inauguration committee paid to settle attorney general lawsuit alleging misspending of funds to enrich Trump family.  Inaugural festivities don't have to be lavish and could be funded by government.  Donations should be banned.

The guardian newspaper reports that 15,000 doctors signed a letter urging senate to reject Kennedy as health secretary.  He is unqualified and dangerous.  In 2019, his spreading of misinformation in Samoa sparked a measles outbreak that killed 83 people.  Committee to protect healthcare is appalled by Trump's selection.  This is not leadership.  It's sabotage.
