"In 2020, US has the most covid cases and deaths of any country in the world." LET US CORRECT THIS STATEMENT; The US REPORTED the most covid cases and deaths. Are you so naive to believe that.....China reported all their deaths, Russia has said....well....we think we reported about a 1/4.

Are you so naive to believe that states ACTUALLY reported accurate numbers??? That politics were NEVER involved???? an_roll_laugh

Let us look an_eek2 at how Michigan reports COVID cases. Michigan news outlets (clickdetroit being one) ALL reported 446 NEW cases for Friday, June 4th. But wait, Worldometer has 554 new Michigan cases for June 4th. What gives???? First of all this HAS BEEN GOING ON since the beginning of the pandemic. Michigan has "comfirmed cases" by testing, and "probable cases" by observation. Those observed probable get tested and if the test comes back positive they're counted again as a positive, if negative they were still counted by Worldometer. So we have double counting!! Nice trick!

And you say Trump's epic failure. HA, each state created THEIR OWN RULES to combat the virus. THEY ALL FAILED. After all Trump WAS NOT a dictator, he DIDN'T HAVE TOTAL CONTROL. The states each had their own. When New York needed ventilators, they got it, hospital beds, got it, extra doctors and nurses, got it. They rejected a lot and FAILED.

According to PEW Research, more than 50% of left-leaning women under the age of 30 have mental problems. So f-ing what!!!

Bury your head in the sand if you wish.

--A deadly virus orignating from bats started in Wuhan China.

--A lab in Wuhan China was experimenting on the same virus from bats.

--The United States, through a non-profit, gave $$$ to that lab for bat virus research.

--The leader of that non-profit drafted and organized a letter to Lancet denouncing any lab theory. (clearly a conflict of interest)

--Prominent virologist emails Fauci, says virus does not look naturally made.

--China rejected anyone from other countries to investigate early on. China even blocked the caves where the bat samples were taken.

--Former CDC director believes virus came from lab, receives DEATH THREATS from other scientists.

NOTHING TO SEE HERE FOLKS, MOVE ALONG..... an_eek2

In this case was argued about a cable line installed on property even if it didn't seize all property and even if wasn't a huge part and indeed a portion of property it was ruled that taking any was enough yo insure compensation,  the term property in the constitution was not furthur refined to real estate hence

an argument could be made that the government has indeed seized for the public good their property.

, the Fifth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution stipulates:  “nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.”  Thus, whenever the United States acquires a property through eminent domain, it has a constitutional responsibility to justly compensate the property owner for the fair market value of the property.  See Bauman v. Ross, 167 U.S. 548 (1897); Kirby Forest Industries, Inc. v. United States, 467 U.S. 1, 9-10 (1984)

    Hence ,

Personal belongings or real estate is established.

This article shall discuss the basic law of eminent domain both in terms of what is required to constitute a taking and what methods are available to contest the taking and receive fair compensation.

    The Basic Law:

When a property is acquired by the government, it is called “taking.” Pursuant to the Fifth Amendment of the United States Constitution, government can acquire real and personal belongings of a citizen for public purpose and the person should be provided just compensation. See Dowling v. City of Barberton, 2008 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 73162 (N.D. Ohio Sept. 24, 2008). The Fifth Amendment’s public use clause is applicable to state governments through the Fourteenth Amendment Clause. The taking of property for private purpose is thus unconstitutional.

Eminent domain laws are created by the federal and state legislatures. Courts have the power to judicially review the acquisition of land. However, if there are no arbitrary and unreasonable decisions, courts cannot interfere in the decisions of the legislature. McCabe Petroleum Corp. v. Easement & Right-Of-Way Across Twp. 12 N., 2004 MT 73 (Mont. 2004). Legislatures can also delegate the power of eminent domain to agencies for public purposes.

Protecting property rights of individuals was a central part of the Founding Father’s goals when creating the United States government and the courts have routinely ruled that due process of law is required before a person can be deprived of either life, liberty or property.

    In this diatribe

, I am making the argument that the government has seized personal property , by forcing businesses to close or operate at less than capacity hence depriving buisness owners of their personal assets.

And without any due process within the courts deprived many of their lively hoods,

The compensation of ppe loans or additional unemployment could be considered as some compensation to those who utilize the program many did not and hence the government has seized their personal property and left the victim of the abuse of power without compensation.

Surgeons and nurses performing clean surgery wear disposable face masks. The purpose of face masks is thought to be two-fold: to prevent the passage of germs from the surgeon's nose and mouth into the patient's wound and to protect the surgeon's face from sprays and splashes from the patient.Apr 26, 2016

Although the patient may or may not be protected by the use of a non sterile theater mask.

    The science reveals

An increasingly prevalent belief, in favour of mask usage, is the idea that they also confer some degree of protection to the operating staff from patient-derived infectious material. Most obviously, they can act as a physical barrier against blood and bodily fluid splashes during surgery. One prospective study revealed that facemasks prevented blood/bodily fluid splashes that would have otherwise contaminated the surgeon’s face in 24% of procedures.

Americans are looking for policy priorities that improve their communities.  However Trump supporters have none, so they turn to disinformation.  After failing to make Biden a villain, they now tries to paint Fauci as the next Hillary Clinton in baseless witch hunt.  But no real evidence of wrongdoing.

Facebook and German Marshall fund digital found misleading GOP claims about Fauci lying about masks, public health measures and covid origin.  Slandering Fauci only erodes public trust in scientific institutions and misconstrues them as partisan.  Unlike Trump, polls show Fauci is still among US most trusted public health experts.

    Wasn't FAUCCI Trumps CDC director?

Or does this escape the Republicans as well.

How many championed the cabinet picks as they came up when he took office....

How many republicans honestly believe a word that thing says.... too many.
