     ......will begin.

     It's hilarious reading all the quotes from lib reps about how this is a waste of time, & we should be doing other things..........the same clowns that wasted years chasing the Russia hoax. an_roll_laugh an_getaway

    Without traditional vote, GOP hardliners force weak McCarthy to open an impeachment inquiry despite no solid evidence of wrongdoing by Joe Biden.  According to MSNBC, there is lack of support from senate GOP and up to 30 House republicans.  Obviously, a political stunt to please desperate Trump.  But this gamble could backfire.

    The funny thing is, Biden has actually been caught red handed and the Trump impeachments have been proven in court to be a lie.

    I no longer waste my time trying to reason with the ignorant fools, probably bots, here who are lacking an open mind to realize the government controlled media they follow is propaganda, which in turn feeds the elites bank accounts.

    The smart citizens will prevail. Stop wasting your time debating with these brainwashed saps. They can keep trying to dictate but we'll eventually be asking them how our dic-tates.

    @nostradumbass

     You mean like "caught red handed" as in being caught with boxes of classified documents sitting next to a toilet,after you said you had returned them all.Or "caught red handed" on a tape recording stating "you need someone to find 11,000 votes" so you can overturn the election results.Do tell me where the trump impeachments have been proven in court to be a lie.

    But you are right,don't waste another minute of your time.Cause you definitely ain't bright enough to reason anything.Even SpongeBob looks like Einstein,compared to you.

    And what's really gonna be hilarious mugg is hearing you trumpers whining and crying all day when trump is sitting in court,pouting like the little bitch he is.Better stock up on some tissue whiners,cause you are gonna be doing a lot of crying.

    @THEMUGG

     It was not a hoax! Putin prays on both knees for his return! Now Mueller did not find a conspiracy between the Trump campaign and Russia, but a report from his office mapped out various links between Trump campaign officials and the Kremlin and characterized the campaign as eager to benefit from Russia’s help in 2016. The reason Trump didn’t “go down” was because Barr blocked any indictment from being brought and the entire Congressional Republican membership ran interference for Trump and Barr. Never forget Barr and 81 other republicans and 0 democrats revealed the real Donald Trump in January 6th inquiry!
    The facts are Democrats will never need look for 11,780 votes because they win by 8 million……Get use to it because it’s all deep down hill from here! The Republican Party will either reform and come back to earth with people of integrity and honesty or go the way of the buggy whip!

    Trump; no ties to Russia found.

    Biden; Hunter recieves $3.5 million from Russian oligarch and that oligarch does not get sanctioned like most have.

    Trump; Turns over classified docs and his LAWYERS say TO THE BEST OF OUR KNOWLEDGE this is it.

    Biden; Classified docs found in unsecure closet at office at Penn Center. UPenn received millions of dollars from anonymous Chinese sources. More classified docs found in Biden garage, Biden home, materials that included classified briefings on Ukraine. (Biden took docs as a senator and VP)

    2020 Trump; Trump calls Georgia, tells them to look closer. Only need 11,000 votes.

    2016;

    A growing number of academics and activists are calling for US authorities to fully audit or recount the 2016 presidential election vote in key battleground states, in case the results could have been skewed by foreign hackers.

    The loose coalition, which is urging Hillary Clinton’s campaign to join its fight, is preparing to deliver a report detailing its concerns to congressional committee chairs and federal authorities early next week, according to two people involved.

    Trump won Michigan by fewer than 11,000 votes out of nearly 4.8 million votes cast.

    Officially, Donald Trump won Michigan by 10,704 votes. But a record 75,335 votes were never counted. Most of these votes that went missing were in Detroit and Flint, Michigan, majority-black cities. How could this happen? Did the Russians do it? Nyet. You don’t need Russians to help the Michigan GOP. How exactly do you disappear 75,000 votes? They call them spoiled votes. How do you spoil votes? Not by leaving them out of the fridge. Most are lost because of the bubbles. Thousands of bubbles couldn’t be read by the optical scanning machines. an_getaway

    So the democrats are in a quandary here.

    If they defend Joe then Joe is their 2024 candidate.an_roll_laugh

    If they join in and vote to impeach him they could get somebody more appealing out there. But who? Bet your arse they are working on that right now!

    ABC news reveal justice department has previously ruled that impeachment inquiry is invalid without House vote.  Further, Media matters found that the core of GOP Biden impeachment has already been debunked by Trump impeachment inquiry.  Flawed conspiracy theory is that Joe Biden corruptly pushed Ukraine government to fire Shokin to benefit Hunter who served at Burisma.  But Joe Biden was just following US official policy at that time.

    What USA policy states a Vice-President is obligated to demand a foreign official be fired in order to receive funds, especially one that is investigating a firm that employees your son?  If there was a policy for this, why did Biden just not refer to it?  Why has Blinken simply not referred to it?  Otherwise, this can be seen as, at best, a conflict of interest and, at worst, exactly what it looks like.  Their only defense so far is that a whole slew of other European officials wanted the prosecutor fired -- this turned out to be false as well.

    'Policy at that time'?  So has this 'policy' changed now?  What is the policy now?

    No, it was Zlochevsky who benefited, not Hunter. Lets look at a timelime;

    April 2014 Hunter Biden hired by Burisma

    October 1, 2015; State Department OK's payment to Ukraine stating they are satisfied with anti-corruption improvements.

    Several officials in the weeks leading up to Biden’s December 2015 visit to Kyiv had said they were “impressed” with the “progress” Shokin’s office had made in the preceding months.

    Nov 2, 2015 an email from Burisma to Hunter Biden; On November 2, 2015, Burisma executive Vadym Pozharskyi emailed Hunter Biden, along with his associates Devon Archer and Eric Schwerin, about a revised proposal and contract from lobbying firm Blue Star Strategies. In the email, Pozharskyi emphasized the “ultimate purpose” of the agreement, which was to shut down any cases or pursuits against Burisma’s founder, Zlochevsky. The significance of this email cannot be overstated.

    Dec 4, 2015; Archer testified that on December 4, 2015, Hunter Biden ‘called D.C.’ in a private meeting with Zlochevsky and Pozharsky in Dubai following Pozharsky’s request. an_light

    Dec 9, 2015; Biden gives speech to Ukraine govt.; As the Prime Minister and the President heard me often say, I never tell another man or another nation or another woman what’s in their interest. (Yet a few months later demands prosecutor be fired) The Office of the General Prosecutor desperately needs reform.

    Reports of the threat to condition the loan guarantees also came as a surprise to US officials in January 2016, as Biden’s warning apparently leaked in the Ukrainian press.

    Officials scrambled at the time to update their proposal with almost identical conditions to the previous year’s, but made no mention of the need to remove the prosecutor.

    The memos show Biden may have acted alone — and in fact counter to US policy — when he told then-Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko to get rid of Shokin.

    US policy is that foreign aid is conditional on Ukraine reforms to fight corruption.  But Ukraine prosecutor Shokin was often turning a blind eye to corruption.  For months, Ukraine parliament, US, European union, World bank and International monetary fund press for his removal.  After State department asked Biden to withhold $1 billion for loan guarantee, Ukraine parliament voted to remove Shokin. This helped to facilitate more investigations of corruption.

    Republicans spent years promoting conspiracy theory that Joe Biden forced firing of Shokin to protect Burisma and Hunter from investigation.  However business partner Archer testified Shokin wasn't investigating Burisma.  In Trump impeachment inquiry, various officials confirm that removing Shokin wasn't about protecting Burisma.  Kent Ukraine chief of mission, Volker US representative for Ukraine negotiations, Yovanovitch US ambassador to Ukraine and watchdog Anti-corruption action center.  Investigation by senate committee found no evidence of wrongdoing by Joe Biden.

    Now let's look past Shokin.

     Ruslan Ryaboshapka replaced Shokin. A prosecutor under him, Kostyantyn Kulyk was in charge of Burisma investigation. Kulyk had sought to recover billions of dollars' worth of assets that former President Viktor Yanukovych and his inner circle, including Mykola Zlochevskiy, allegedly stole from the state. Zlochevskiy is the owner of the Burisma Group, the nation’s largest privately-owned natural gas producer. Burisma received many of its gas exploration and production licenses when Zlochevskiy headed the Ministry of Ecology in Yanukovych’s government.

    January, 2017; Ex-Ecology Minister Mykola Zlochevsky was cleared of corruption charges and can now return to Ukraine after three years of exile The Prosecutor General’s Office sat on the case for two years. It finally changed the thrust of the investigation from illicit enrichment to tax evasion, and then settled. But prosecutors are now under fire from anti-corruption activists for intentionally botching the case and letting Zlochevsky off the hook.

    Kulyk in 2018 compiled a seven-page, English-language dossier on the Bidens that accused Hunter Biden of corruption. He circulated the document, which also accused U.S. diplomats of covering up for crimes allegedly committed by the Bidens.

    Kulyk was fired in November, 2019.

    The European Commission praised Ukraine’s Prosecutor-General Viktor Shokin for his efforts to fight corruption in a December 2015 progress report published nine days after then Joe Biden demanded his ouster.

    The report flies in the face of Biden’s claims that the European Union joined his demands that Shokin be removed for being corrupt and obstructing anti-corruption reforms.

    In fact, the Dec. 18, 2015, progress report says that the European Union was satisfied that Ukraine had achieved “noteworthy” progress, including in “preventing and fighting corruption,” and thus was eligible for visa-free travel in Europe.

    Ukrainian press release, April 2, 2016; The movable and immovable property of former Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of Ukraine Mykola Zlochevsky in Ukraine has been seized, according to the press service of the Prosecutor General's Office of Ukraine (PGO).

    Zlochevsky is suspected of committing a criminal offense under Part 3 of Article 368-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (illicit enrichment).

    As I said before, the significance of this email cannot be overstated. an_light

    The actual words in the email;

    "My only concern is for us to be on the same page re our final goals," Pozharskyi wrote. "With this in mind, I would like us to formulate a list of deliverables, including, but not limited to: a concrete course of actions, incl. meetings/communications resulting in high-ranking US officials in Ukraine (US Ambassador) and in US publicly or in private communication/comment expressing their ‘positive opinion’ and support of Nikolay/Burisma to the highest level of decision makers here in Ukraine :President of Ukraine, president Chief of staff, Prosecutor General, etc."

    "The scope of work should also include organization of a visit of a number of widely recognized and influential current and/or former US policy-makers to Ukraine in November aiming to conduct meetings with and bring positive signal/message and support on Nikolay's issue to the Ukrainian top officials above with the ultimate purpose to close down for any cases/pursuits against Nikolay in Ukraine,"

    For goodness sake third, don’t state facts.The maggots in here heads will explode. Also you forgot to mention the 4 Republican Senators that backed Biden on with holding the money unless Shokin was fired.an_popcorn
