IMO, the gun charges were nothing but deflection. Make it look like they were after him. A probation at worst.

The big crime was/is shaking down foreigners for American political access. Second was tax evasion, half of which was allowed to expire and the other half was the sweetheart deal they tried to get past a judge last year.

And Hunter didn't pay back his taxes, some lawyer did.

Overall, Biden's pardons are justified while Trump's pardons are dubious.  John Dean the white house counsel for Nixon says Biden should go further in pardoning to undermine Trump's revenge plot.  He should also pardon January 6 committee, Mueller team, Smith team, Milley, Pelosi and all of Trump's enemies.  Unlike January 6 rioters, they have not committed any crime.

 What make this even more suspicious is that it was a blanket pardon, covering the past 10 years.......for crimes already prosecuted & those not yet discovered. It looks as though Dementia Joe is covering for the Biden crime family the best he can.

Exactly.  The answer was no as long as Trump was on the legal hot seat to give credibility to the Trump charges.  Once that we out the window, this was inevitable.

Why has no one brought up the most significant point in this pardon??   The blanket pardon is for all crimes.... not just the bogus tax and gun charge, those were BS to set him up down the line for this pardon. 

The pardon is for any & all crimes going back to January 1st 2014. 

This pardon is more comprehensive than the pardon given to Nixon for Watergate.  Why is that?

Exactly. The blanket pardon I believe is unconstitutional. Similar to President Ford pardoning President Nixon for all crimes charged and yet to be charged. The President has to have specific knowledge of the crimes that were committed to actual pardon them. So here Dementia Joe knows more than he is letting on and hence specific knowledge of a lot more crimes his son committed, or the blanket pardon is in fact unconstitutional and invalid.

Yours appears to be an all in side which is the real danger.  I suspect there are some that participated and rightfully should serve.  I believe others were wrongly charged or overcharged.

What your side cannot grasp is that Trump's pardon team will conduct its due diligence and assess each and every case vs. a blanket pardon.

Again, when freed we'll be happy.

Finally, I personally cannot wait for all of the footage, documentation, government staffing reports, pipe bomb information to come out to allow or proper due diligence.
