The head of the January 6th committee tried to over turn the 2016 election.

The house leader for the democrats Hakeem Jeffries denied the results of over 10 past elections, falsely claimed Trump stole the election with boogeyman Russians.  

All the top Democrats claimed Trumps election was illegitimate and stolen.

Our state run media propaganda buries that story or any story that may hurt a democrat.

If the media just reported the news, Trump would win all 50 states.

Harvard Law Professor Emeritus Alan Dershowitz says that the Jan. 6 committee's criminal referral to the Justice Department against former President Donald Trump is unconstitutional and violates separation of powers. 

In my view, it's clearly unconstitutional," Dershowitz said. Article One limits the power of Congress through legislative actions. This is not a legislative action — naming a specific individual and referring them to the Justice Department. It's not legislative and it tramples on the authority of the executive branch."

According to the Harvard law professor, the law has been weaponized and it is becoming more and more obvious to everyday Americans. 

"We're seeing the law weaponized and once the Republicans get power, they'll probably do some of the same thing," Dershowitz concluded. "So the American public has to be protected against the weaponization of our legal system for partisan purposes."

I want to see what the special counsel comes up with in the documents case and also the election interference case in Georgia!

I hope for that at minimum and then more charges from the other investigations!

Election case participation of grand jury has wrapped up.  Recommendations for indictments are expected in a couple weeks.

A Federal Aviation Administration system that provides pilots with safety notices they need to read before flying is experiencing an outage, affecting flights in the US.
The system is known as the NOTAMS system. 

NOTAM is a national system, so its failure Wednesday meant that flights across the country were ordered not to take off for a couple of hours before they were cleared to fly again shortly before 9 a.m. ET.

About the NOTAM system: It send alerts to pilots to let them know of conditions that could affect the safety of their flights. It is separate from the air traffic control system that keeps planes a safe distance from each other, but it’s another critical tool for air safety.

Federal officials will conduct a review of the aviation system failure that snarled air traffic Wednesday, Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg said.
"I have directed an after-action process to determine root causes and recommend next steps," he said on Twitter.

Trump falsely claims that Pelosi refused his request for National guard before capital attack.  But House speaker isn't responsible for security.  Capital police board decided not to call National guard before January 6 until after the riot began.  No evidence Pelosi directed security officials not to call National Guard or that she was informed of a request for deployment.  As the capital came until attack, she called for military assistance.  National guard can be activated by president or governor.  Trump gave no order to deploy National guard but Pence did.
